A reputation of honesty and integrity extends to Forest and Land Management, LLC, the timber purchasing division of Devereaux Sawmill, which specializes in selective harvesting of standing hardwood timber. All harvesting activities are worked out in advance with the landowner, and only mature trees with which you feel comfortable are selected. Harvest levels can range from just a couple of trees per acre, to as many as the landowner desires. Professional timber management and selective harvesting allows you, the landowner, to take advantage of current high prices in the hardwood lumber market, while at the same time ensuring the forest health and productivity for generations to come.

Our logging crews are fully insured and licensed, and make certain the harvest is completed to each landowner’s satisfaction, from start to finish.
